Book Description

The professions standard since 1965, this Fifth Edition of “Endodontics” continues to be the complete and authoritative text on the subject. Widely considered the most readable text in the field, this edition presents chapters on cavity preparation, dental trauma endodontics, pain diagnosis and management. In addition, the text features expanded evidence of endodontic diagnostic procedures and discussion of the latest methods of rotary instrument cleaning and shaping. This edition sees increased coverage of surgery, microsurgery and implantations in addition to broadened chapters on bleaching and restoration. New illustrations support the presentation of current methods of obturation.

Customer Reviews

A Must for Serious Students of Endodontics, August 2, 2011

This is THE current encyclopedia of Endodontics. The chapters are written by the “big names” in endodontic research and publications. Includes even the latest (as of 2009) about endodontic regeneration procedures.
Unfortunately, the index is poor, almost useless. There is information in the book not listed in the index, and some entries in the index reference the incorrect page of the text. So… to find what you are looking for, you have to decide which chapter should cover that topic, then skim the chapter to locate the information you need.

I FULLY RECOMMEND FOR SOMEONE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. IM AN ENDODONTIST AND IT HELPED ME A LOT

Ingle’s Endodontics, July 16, 2009

It is an excellent book of endodontics without any comment. There is an attached DVD with detail explanation. It provides many esoteric conditions, you will know it if you read. I am not the specialist but I love to have one. I treasure it. The book provides many complicated cases that we meet at routine career. They give references for me to manage those cases. I am very appreciated that tooth regeneration is being mentioned at chapter one of the book. How? Eager to know it!
